The room isn't huge it is about 8'x10' not including the closet (very much an average apartment sized) . Paid laundry in creepy basement. Beautiful hardwood floors. Locked entry for safety in 6 unit building. Zone 6 parking. It is dog/cat friendly with $25 a month pet rent. AVAILABLE JUNE 1st! Lease is up in October but I might renew. Ravenna park right down the street and U Village is visible but not on top of the building! Ten minute walk to University Ave. Trash/recycle service and water/sewer are included. Internet and electricity is split between us. My former roommate, current friend is moving back to our hometown with her pup. In a roommate, I am hoping for someone who is equally kind and accountable. You are welcome to have friends over with respect for the other tenants in the building. I need my roommate to be self reliant, responsible and chill. Not at all opposed to having people over. It is small for a couple but as long as you have good rental history and always make rent I am totally open that for a little more? Room is unfurnished!
